As a portrait photographer, I strive to capture the unique essence of each subject, infusing my work with a distinct artistic perspective. While portraits are my primary focus, I also explore the beauty of landscapes, finding inspiration in nature’s vast and tranquil scenes. My passion for color plays a crucial role in my photography, enabling me to create vibrant, immersive images that evoke emotion and creativity.
I picked up my first camera at 15 and quickly developed a deep passion for portrait photography. I began by asking friends to model for me, and after a year of building my portfolio, I expanded my work to include models and actresses. Although I gained recognition in the creative field, I often found myself overly critical of my work and sometimes disliked the outcomes.
I joined my school’s newspaper and became the senior multimedia editor in college. I discovered the immense satisfaction of seeing my meaningful photos shared online and in print for a good cause. I also relaunched "Humans of UB" as a photojournalism project. Despite my background in engineering, my passion for photography has always remained strong.
